At the Home Both packages are an hour in length, and contain 10-12 animals including snakes, lizards, turtles & tortoises, amphibians, and bugs like tarantulas & scorpions. We bring a map or a globe and do a little world tour, bring the animals out one at a time and tell the kids all the neat things about each animal. And of course, they'll get to touch and hold just about everything we bring. There are no restrictions as far as how many or few children can attend. Package #1: $130.00 Package #2: $160.00 - with this package we usually bring the same species of animals, but much larger ones, and it includes an alligator or crocodile as well, that's hands on too. Package #3: The Big Bad Bug Show $130.00 - 1 hour in length. Back by popular demand, this presentation includes 12-14 insects, arachnids and other invertebrates from around the world. Cockroaches, tarantulas, stick insects, scorpions, beetles and more. Lots of hands on. Reccomended for smaller groups, approximately 15-20 or less. All birthday packages at the home are subject to 5% GST. Mileage charge applies to all presentations outside of the general Ottawa & Gatineau Area. The charge is $0.50/km for both ways outside that are. Due to the ever increasing price of gas, we now add a $10 fuel surcharge to all outreach programs within the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
